Oak Premier is a beautiful LVP that ranges from light to dark. This classic, but comfortable oak look style comes in 4 colors to pick from. It has a thickness of 3.0 mm and has a wear layer of 30mil (0.7mm).This waterproof 36” x 6” LVP flooring is not only stain, fade and stain resistant, but it is also environmentally friendly. It comes with a 20 yer commercial warranty and a lifetime residential warranty. For class and comfort check out Oak Premier.
