Data Entry Associate
This is an entry-level, part-time position. Starting pay is $13.00/hour during 30 day training period. After 30 days, a pay raise will be given based on your performance. The position requires a minimum of 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday. As you grow with the company, there will be opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager to update and maintain our website georgiacarpet.com to drive online traffic
- Ensure accurate data entry at all times
- Keep product pages up-to-date with the latest pricing, photos, and descriptions
- Create engaging blog posts for our website
- Assist with receptionist duties as needed (answering phones, greeting customers)

Receptionist
Job Type: Part time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Minimum one Saturday a month)
Hours: 20-25 hours a week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient receptionist to join our team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The qualified candidate will be responsible for answering phones and performing data entry tasks. Must be available to work a minimum of one Saturday per month.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Professionally handle incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times
- Take messages when necessary
- Direct visitors to the appropriate locations and notify the relevant staff members of their arrival
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
- Accurately enter data into the designated systems or databases
