Valued customer, please note that freight shipping companies operate differently than regular shipping companies. Their basic delivery service is to their local terminal that is close to the customer’s location. Residential delivery, delivery to commercial location without a loading dock, hard to access area delivery, unloading from the truck and etc. are considered additional services and they charge additional fees for these services. Unless the lift-gate option is selected during a residential or commercial delivery, the receiver (buyer) is responsible to unload the products from the truck. Freight lines contact before delivery or for terminal pickup once the product is ready to be delivered or picked up. Buyer needs to pick up a product from freight terminal (for terminal pick up delivery) with in 48 hours after it is available to pick up. Freight lines may start to charge storage fees after this time (see Special Notes for Terminal Pickup at bottom of the page for additional details). The buyer needs to be available for delivery once an appointment is set up. If the buyer is not available for scheduled delivery or the buyer refuses a delivery for any reason, freight companies charge for re-delivery (or product can be picked up from their terminal for no additional fee). Also unlike regular shipping companies, unpicked or refused shipment returns are not free with freight lines. Lastly, any visible damage to the shipment needs to be noted on the freight paperwork before buyer signs and accepts a product.

LIFTGATE IS THE OPTION THAT ADDS UNLOADING SERVICE and EXCLUDES ROLLED FLOORING.

- Wood, Laminate, Tile, etc. - ships on a Pallet by weight. Pallets are not quoted through the shopping cart as we strive to find you the best shipping rates and shop several carriers.

We exercise great care in preparing your order for shipping. Each roll is individually wrapped and sealed in strong weather tight polyurethane film to assure added protection during transportation.
When it comes to shipping your carpet, common carrier is the most economical way. We ship by square yard rates vs. poundage rates that are customary in every other part of the country. We will pass our volume shipping rate onto you, our valued customer, for a savings of up to 50%!
Once your order arrives in your area, the carrier can give you a 24 to 48 hour advanced call to schedule your delivery or inform buyer that their product is ready to be picked up from terminal. You will need someone to help receive your order and remove it from the delivery truck, if you selected residential delivery or commercial delivery without lift gate service. It is your responsibility to inspect the condition and number of pieces and make notations before accepting delivery from the freight line. Please make sure to inspect delivery carefully (including under plastic wrapping) and note on the freight delivery paperwork any kind of damage visible (including just dents on the box). There could be hidden damage that is not visible at time of delivery. If you suspect, but cannot be sure of damage, you should mark the paperwork "Suspected Damage - Exact Amount Unknown". There is a 5 day limit on concealed damage being reported to the freight lines.
When in doubt, please call your sales person before signing. Once delivery has been accepted you assume all responsibility for the goods received.
Special Note for Terminal Pickup: Any order that is ordered as terminal pick up needs to be pick up within a certain time frame (exact time depends on the terminal, freight company or manufacturer that is offering this service). If any other is not pick up with in the time frame notified, products will be automatically returned back to us and it will cost additional fees to ship it back again (paid by the customer unless it was returned due to a claim). Also a customer decides to cancel any returned order from the terminal because it was not picked up on the dedicated time frame, than order is processed as simple return and it would be subjected to restocking fees (exact amount depends product) and shipping fees are non-refundable.
