With its earthy four-color palette, Deja New Coastal Oak is a stunning LVT design in Metroflor’s collection. It has a real wood look without the extensive maintenance. This durable flooring is suitable for high traffic areas. From bathrooms and basements to lobbies and offices, Coastal Oak can withstand it all. It has a 20 mil wear layer and measures 7” W x 48” L. The micro-beveled edges make installation simple. Planks can be glued down and are sold by the box. There are 16 pieces per box which will cover 37.3 square feet. These Deja New styles are also available in a unique magnetic installation type (please check Deja New Attraxion).

Certain Shaw collections are particularly well-suited for these conditions. You may want to ask for our recommendations based on your household lifestyle (e.g. pets, kids, frequent guests, etc.).
With proper installation, good padding, and routine maintenance, high-quality residential carpet from Shaw can last many years, often a decade or more depending on use, before deterioration signs of use really begin to show. However, heavy daily traffic, pets, frequent spills, or neglecting cleaning may cause wear, matting, or color fading sooner. It’s wise to inspect carpets periodically: once you notice thinning, persistent stains, or uneven wear, it may be time to replace or re-carpet.
