A comfortable home starts from the floor up. COREtec Originals Premium VV704 brings wood-look style to a familiar 7-inch by 48-inch plank format, with pressed bevel edges that give each board a defined outline. Picture a welcoming living area with a coordinated floor beneath your favorite furniture, backed by the practicality of waterproof WPC construction.
This COREtec Originals Premium luxury vinyl plank combines a waterproof foamed core, attached cork underlayment, and a 20 mil wear layer. At 7.5 mm thick, VV704 offers the cushioned feel of foamed-core construction in a shorter plank than the 60-inch VV735 style. Its UV acrylic finish completes the surface, while floating and direct-glue installation options let you plan around your project's requirements.
Explore Blended Umber, Blended Caraway, Blended Sienna, Blended Praline, and Blended Cocoon in the style selector. Compare samples with your wall colors, cabinets, and upholstery before choosing a floor for your space. The actual plank dimensions are 7.05" wide × 48.03" long, with pressed bevels framing the individual boards.
Use 18.80 square feet per carton when planning your flooring quantity, then allow additional material for cuts, layout, and waste. Consider doorways, closets, transitions, and perimeter details when making your materials list. Select coordinating trim profiles and colors that suit the finished flooring and adjoining surfaces.
VV704 is specified for installation above, on, or below grade. Your installer should confirm subfloor suitability, moisture conditions, and all preparation requirements before work begins. Follow the applicable COREtec instructions for the floating or direct-glue method, including expansion provisions and approved materials. A waterproof plank does not eliminate the need to address subfloor moisture or site conditions.
COREtec Originals Premium VV704 includes a lifetime limited residential warranty and a 10-year WPC medium commercial warranty. These manufacturer-provided warranties are subject to the applicable coverage terms, exclusions, installation requirements, and care instructions.
