This Gluedown 12” x 18” LVT flooring is a tile looking style of Karndean’s Knight Tile Collection. It comes with a polished smooth finish and ranges from light to dark tile to fit any decor. Karndean offers matching strips and borders that can be used to form unique patterns and designs (design strips and borders are sold separately). It has a thickness of 2.0 mm and a wear layer of 12 mil (0.30 mm). It comes with a 10 year commercial warranty and a lifetime residential warranty. Knight Tile Gluedown is scratch resistant and stain resistant. This easy to maintain luxury vinyl tile flooring is slip resistant for better traction. This vinyl flooring offered 24 tiles per box and 36 sq ft per box (sold by box). It has 10 beautiful different colors to choose from.

With proper installation, good padding, and routine maintenance, high-quality residential carpet from Shaw can last many years, often a decade or more depending on use, before deterioration signs of use really begin to show. However, heavy daily traffic, pets, frequent spills, or neglecting cleaning may cause wear, matting, or color fading sooner. It’s wise to inspect carpets periodically: once you notice thinning, persistent stains, or uneven wear, it may be time to replace or re-carpet.
