Built with a waterproof foamed core, Balanced Retreat is engineered for exceptional durability, comfort, and long-lasting performance. Each tile measures 12 inches by 24 inches and features a 22 mil wear layer with a UV acrylic finish for enhanced protection against everyday wear. The 10.25 mm overall thickness includes an attached 3.75 mm Soft Step underlayment that improves underfoot comfort and sound absorption. Designed for floating or direct glue installation using the Lock N Place Clips system, each carton contains 14 pieces and covers 28.03 square feet. Balanced Retreat is backed by a USF Lifetime Warranty and meets Class I radiant panel requirements.
