Performance Plus Walnut ESP5 engineered hardwood flooring is classic walnut style of Armstrong Engineered Hardwood Line. It has 10 color options to choose from and some of the colors have the different visual options depending on how the wood was cut, so it has a total of 15 color and visual options to choose from. This traditional walnut flooring is highly durable and easy to maintain. Like most engineered hardwood, Performance Plus can handle moisture, so it can be used above, on or below ground level. It is crafted in America from Appalachian hardwood. It comes in 3/8" thick and 5" wide planks (with random lengths up to 4 feet). This high-performance and budget-friendly flooring comes with 50 years of residential and 10 years of limited commercial warranties. In addition to this, Armstrong offers a lifetime limited manufacturing defect warranty. It is sold by the box.
