It has a fiber brand of MHK BCF polyester with Sart-AirO. It’s backing is 100% non-woven polyester and with this special backing/cushion, it does not require additional padding during installation. It has a face weight of 45 oz./ sq. yd. It comes with a lifetime general stain, pet urine stain household pet, and soil warranty. It also offers a 10-year abrasive wear, texture retention and fade resistance warranty.
