What is Deal of the Day?
Deal
of the day is a different product each day Monday thru Friday that goes
on sale at 9:00 am est. and ends at 6:00 pm est. the same day. The
product must be paid for that day and also ship within 10 working days.
Is there a warranty?
All manufacture warranties apply on first quality products. Products
that are dropped, tavern, or cabin grade will have different warranties
or no warranty.
Can products be returned?
All first quality running line products can be returned at a 25%
restocking fee. All dropped, seconds, tavern or cabin grade products
can not be returned.
Why can certain products
not be returned?
Because the product is sold at such a low price the company can not
afford the cost or the time it takes to bring non running line products
back. Also for the price that the product is purchased for it is not
worth the customer’s time either.
What is dropped, tavern,
and cabin grade products?
Dropped products were running line products that the manufacture will
no longer be producing. Tavern and cabin grade products are hardwood
seconds meaning they will have a higher waste factor then first quality
along with filled worm holes, knot holes, and mineral streaks.
