A Bamboo floor is a type of flooring that is manufactured from the bamboo plant. The majority of bamboo flooring originates from China and other portions of Asia. Moso Bamboo is the species most commonly used in flooring.

The hardness of bamboo ranges from 1180 for carbonized horizontal to 1380 for natural using the Janka Hardness Scale.
