Sisal Carpet

Sisal Carpet is a favorite among interior designers. Sisal is a natural fiber that comes from the 'agave sisalana' cactus plant. Sisal thrives in semi-arid regions, and the largest producers of this amazingly textured fiber are located in Northeast Brazil and Africa. Sisal fibers are harvested by hand from the leaves of a cactus plant. Sisal Carpet is much stronger and more durable than other natural carpet fibers, and is therefore preferred for carpet and rugs.

Natural fibers provide a underfoot massage every time you walk on them. Because Sisal is receptive to water saturation, we would recommend that you install it in closed, covered, and dry areas.
